I am a retired Marine Engineer working in the Oil Industry. I worked for Shell for 30 years, 10 years in tanker fleet, then 20 years in oil and gas exploration and production.

Following that I worked for Rolls Royce, Aberdeen, before Conoco Head of Southern North Sea Maintenance.  Responsible for 36 rigs and platforms and Shore Side Plant receiving 1/3rd of British Gas.

Retired 1999 and joined Keyingham Parish Council 2002 to date (with service broken for six months).

Currently I represent many Holderness residents as a member of the following East Riding of Yorkshire Council committees and groups:

I feel it is time to ensure the Party is fully connected with the Public we represent, and ensure that the people see the Party working for them. We need to be ready for the next election.

During this time of economic difficulty we need to ensure the message is one of realistic need for constraint and patience. Thus enabling us to move forward in more affluent times.
